29日，歐司朗在其官網(wǎng)披露了一則知識產(chǎn)權(quán)相關(guān)消息。歐司朗光電半導體最近與X-Celeprint簽署了技術(shù)和專利許可協(xié)議，且此項協(xié)議涉及X-Celeprint公司的Micro-Transfer-Printing (μTP)技術(shù)。

　　歐司朗光電半導體芯片前期開發(fā)主管Martin Behringer博士表示：“借助這項技術(shù)，我們將能夠開發(fā)符合小型化、多功能化要求的LED產(chǎn)品。此外，它還為快速準確地結(jié)合不同技術(shù)提供了新的創(chuàng)新方法。”

　　據(jù)資料顯示，美國新創(chuàng)公司X-Celeprint是XTRION N.V的全資子公司，其核心技術(shù)是美國Illinois University的John A. Rogers等人所開發(fā)的Micro-Transfer-Printing (μTP)技術(shù)，利用犧牲層濕蝕刻和PDMS轉(zhuǎn)貼技術(shù)，將Micro LED轉(zhuǎn)貼至可撓式基板或玻璃基板上以制作Micro LED數(shù)組，并于2006年分拆給Semprius公司，2013年由X-Celeprint公司取得獨家授權(quán)。這個制程的優(yōu)點是可以一次轉(zhuǎn)移大量的Micro LED。該公司后續(xù)的申請專利都是基于此技術(shù)的延伸。

　　另外，X-Celeprint還研發(fā)Micro LED顯示技術(shù)，主要是解決Micro LED因復雜的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計造成的良率與效率偏低的問題。

　　OSRAM Opto Semiconductors recentlyentered into a technology and patent license agreement with X-Celeprint. Theagreement covers X-Celeprint’s micro transfer printing technology.
